Phase II of SUVIDHA, came with its challenge of building the structures, consisting of homes, a viewing deck, a gazebo and an open-air theatre integrated to the steep 24 mts contour, while keeping the green cover unhampered. To achieve the goal set forth, the structures were designed to cause minimal disruption. The foundation was designed over the existing rocks on stilts without invading the rocky strata and allowing the rainwater to flow down the villas meandering through the natural rocky and wooded gradient. The gazebo designed in its location which otherwise a mass of rock, where the contour comes to a plateau before it takes a gradient between the villas, helps the residents unwind in a group or in solitude.
